Everyone knows how to lift, But no-one knows how to get RESULTS?


This is always a funny topic for most because you have a bunch of "Know-It-All's" when it comes to working out. I'm sure you completely understand what I'm talking about when you go to the gym and see these individuals. There are many groups/types of people who go to the gym:

1.) Screamers (loud noises or grunts for no reason while lifting)
2.) Weird dressed (religious gowns, 1960 sweaters, torn shirts, tight pants etc.)
3.) Over Aggressive (mouth guards, white powder, wrist straps, and waist belts)
4.) Treadmill Trainers (they run 45 miles a day on the damn machine)
5.) Grandpa's/Grandma's (no reason they should even be in there)
6.) 10 yrs. old and under (haven't even developed muscles but are in the gym)
7.) The Blobs (people who are big and just sweat the whole time they are there)
8.) Pimps (guys who's primary goal is to pick up chicks not workout)
9.) Roid Rats (dudes who take over 20 supplements and have constant RAGE)
10.) Arnold's (the people who actually look like they were carved out of stone)





Well I could list them all day long but I think you get the point. People who go to the gym will either do things or say things that will actually blow your mind. Most people have that goal that they want ripped abs, big biceps, and just pretty much be shredded all over with muscle. There are a couple things that must happen to even consider these unrealistic goals and yes you heard me...UNREALISTIC. I say that because without certain elements that I'm about to mention you have no chance and will never have any chance to get to those goals. One of the main factors to getting shredded muscles is DIET. D=Don't, I=Intentionally, E=EAT, T=Treats/Trash. If you don't eat right you can kiss any opportunity of getting cut up gone. Next thing is you must workout with Flawless Technique at all times, not just sometimes or some days. Now that we know just the basic elements of what it takes to get shredded up, lets talk about what people in the gym actually do. Nothing like going for a gym session and watching people perform swing curls, bouncing bench press, or doing exercises that I can't even describe because I don't know what it does or what it is called. If any of these idiots would read a book or use the Internet for more than 3 minutes they could change not only their lives, but their bodies. All you have to do in order to be a winner (get results in the gym) is know your GOALS and do the proper things (drills & workouts) to reach them. You don't have to go to school or be a personal trainer to lift the correct way. All you have to do is educate yourself with resources which can be obtained for FREE! WOW...no way, but it's true. Instead most people just would rather do drills and exercises incorrectly because to them it feels right. To sum it up lifting weights/working out is an art and to do it productively you must learn how by educating yourself or by asking others who know what they are doing. It's OK if these dummies never choose to change their ways because all it does is give me something to laugh at while I'm working out. I'm no expert but there is a Right Way and a Wrong Way, I just choose to do things the Right Way!






RIGHT WAY = RESULTS and SUCCESS



WRONG WAY = TORN LIGAMENTS and PERMANENT MUSCLE DAMAGE
